About the role

Manage the recruitment process from CV screening, interviews, to employee onboarding. Manage employee administration and database, prepare and update personnel documents, handle attendance, leave, and related employee administration. Assist with payroll processes and ensure accurate salary data. Handle employee needs and HR-related inquiries. Support performance appraisals, training, and employee development. Ensure company policies and HR procedures are properly implemented. Maintain confidentiality of employee data and documents.

About you

• Minimum S1 education, preferably in Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/Recruitment
• Understanding of HR administration and employment basics
• Able to use Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel/Spreadsheet
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Able to work individually and in teams
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
