About the role

Aice Philippines is looking for a dedicated HR Lead to join our growing team. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, building talent pipelines, conducting candidate assessments, coordinating employee onboarding and development programs, leading employee engagement initiatives, and handling employee relations matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines while partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
• Conduct candidate assessments and recommend qualified applicants.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Lead employee engagement and employee relations initiatives.
• Handle employee concerns, grievances, investigations, and disciplinary cases.
• Prepare Notices to Explain (NTE), administrative notices, and disciplinary recommendations.
• Support performance management, succession planning, and talent review processes.
• Provide HR guidance to supervisors and ensure compliance with company policies.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, labor compliance, and HR best practices
