Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Staff

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Staff member to support our daily HR operations. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, attendance monitoring, and other HR-related administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and 201 files.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave applications, and timekeeping records.
• Assist with payroll preparation and other HR administrative tasks.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies and HR procedures.
• Help implement company policies and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Support employee engagement activities and performance evaluation processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Previous HR experience is an advantage but not required.

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
