Human Resources Staff

About the role

This is an HR support position responsible for assisting with recruitment, training, records management, performance management, employee exit processes, and general HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and facilitating the hiring process
• Assist in identifying training needs, coordinating training schedules, preparing training materials, and maintaining training records
• Maintain, update, and organize employee 201 files and other HR documents while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
• Assist in administering employee performance evaluations, monitoring submission deadlines, consolidating evaluation results, and maintaining performance records
• Assist in processing employee resignations, exit interviews, clearance requirements, and other separation-related documentation
• Provide administrative and operational support for HR programs, employee engagement activities, policy implementation, and other HR-related functions as assigned

About you

• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related course
• Preferably with experience in Human Resources; fresh graduates with relevant knowledge and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
• Knowledgeable in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
• Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion
• Willing to learn, work collaboratively, and handle multiple tasks efficiently
