Human Resources Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic HRGA Supervisor to oversee our Human Resources and General Affairs operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage HR and office functions, ensuring that we maintain an effective, compliant, and positive work environment. Your contributions will be key in supporting the growth of our business while fostering a culture of inclusivity and collaboration.

What you'll be doing

• HR Management: Recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and ensuring legal compliance.
• GA Management: Managing office operations, health and safety, corporate events, administrative support, and facilities management.
• Leadership: Supervising and mentoring the HRGA team, collaborating with management, and preparing reports.
• Strategic Planning: Developing policies, improving processes, and enhancing employee engagement.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Experience in handling recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
• Familiarity with office management, facilities coordination, and corporate event planning is important
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, adaptable, and problem-solving attitude
