Human Resources Supervisor

Role Description The Human Resources Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in West Jakarta. This role oversees day-to-day HR operations, including implementing HR policies, managing employee records, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. The Human Resources Supervisor handles employee relations matters, coordinates performance management activities, and supports the development of training and development programs. This position collaborates with department leaders to ensure compliance with labor regulations and company standards, and to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role also supports HR reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement of HR processes aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience overseeing core HR operations.
• Demonstrated skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and workplace communication.
• Experience in Performance Management, covering goal setting, appraisal processes, and feedback systems.
• Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies that comply with local labor laws and company standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of local labor regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and levels.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools; experience in a fast-paced consumer or cosmetics industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in West Jakarta, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
