- Supervise HR staff in their daily functions, which includes:
- Provide day-to-day oversight of various human resources functions critical to the organization including recruitment, attendance, payroll, compensation, benefits, employee management and records.
- Organize and implement orientation and training for new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.
- Counsel employees on HR policies, practices and procedures
- Plan and organize regular activities ie. leadership trainings and seminars for employees.
- Address employee conflicts, conduct investigation and corrective actions as required.
- Support management team prepare for audits and certifications.
