About the role

Manage the full HR function and provide HR support and guidance to management and employees on all HR-related matters.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain HR documentation including employment contracts, confirmation letters, promotion letters, disciplinary letters, and employee records
• Manage and check employee attendance, leave administration, overtime records, and payroll-related matters to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
• Coordinate statutory compliance, employee benefits, and ensure adherence to applicable employment laws and company policies
• Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary issues, investigations, and provide guidance to employees and managers
• Support performance management processes including probation review, confirmation, appraisal, and employee development initiatives
• Manage employee separation processes including resignation, termination, clearance, and exit interviews
• Perform any other HR-related duties and responsibilities assigned by Management

Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of HR generalist experience with knowledge in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR operations
• Good understanding of employment laws, HR practices, and statutory requirements
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and manage full HR functions with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
