Human Resources Supervisor

About the role
C. I. T. Property Consultants Co., Ltd. is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to join our growing team in Bang Na, Bangkok. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in supporting our Human Resources operations and contributing to the strategic objectives of our organisation. As a Human Resources Supervisor, you will oversee key HR functions, manage HR processes, and provide essential support to both management and employees. This role is instrumental in ensuring that our people practices align with our company values and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Support the recruitment process by screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate personnel files and ensure compliance with relevant employment documentation requirements
• Process employee transactions including payroll support, leave requests, and contract administration
• Provide HR guidance and support to employees on company policies, benefits, and workplace matters
• Coordinate training and development programmes for staff
• Assist with employee relations matters and support the resolution of workplace issues
• Maintain HR databases and generate reports on key HR metrics and analytics
• Support workplace compliance and ensure adherence to Thai labour laws and regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leadership capacity

• Strong knowledge of Thai labour laws and employment regulations

• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff

• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to HR challenges

• Communicate in both Thai and English (readed , written and spoken)

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• HR certifications or qualifications are advantageous
