Human Resources Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Supervisor to join INCCN Trading Indonesia in Pinang Banten. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources operations and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. As HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR activities, implementing HR policies, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. This role is essential in creating a positive workplace culture and supporting both employees and management in achieving our organisational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and employee induction
• Administer employee records, maintain HR documentation, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
• Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organisation
• Assist with payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking
• Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management support
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and engagement
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, labour regulations, and company policies
• Maintain employee benefits programmes and assist employees with benefits enquiries
• Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making
• Provide administrative support to the senior management

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a Human Resources or HR administrative role
• Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, and compliance
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of Indonesian employment law and labour regulations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
• Preferred experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Preferred experience in payroll administration and benefits management
