Human Resources Supervisor

The Human Resource Supervisor provides overall support in key HR functions, including Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Internal Communications, Career Development, and Performance Management. The role also oversees HR administrative tasks and contributes to fostering a positive, productive, and engaging workplace.

WORKING / BASIC KNOWLEDGE IN:

• HR Fundamentals, including Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Succession Planning, and Compensation and Benefits
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
2. With at least 1–2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in Human Resources.
3. In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, policies, and best practices.
4. Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
5. Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
7. Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with employees and management.
