- Compensation & Benefits: Calculate salaries, overtime (OT), withholding tax, social security contributions, and provident fund contributions
- Performance Management: Set targets and oversee the annual performance appraisal process (KPI) to support salary reviews and annual bonus decisions
- Employee Relations: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, mediate internal disputes, and promote a positive work environment
- HR Operations: Maintain and update employee records database, monitor attendance and time records, and manage leave requests
- At least 3 years of experience.
