Human Resources Supervisor

Role Description

The Human Resources Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo , responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations for MYA. This role includes managing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies and local labor regulations. The supervisor will handle employee relations matters, support performance management activities, and coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance staff capabilities. In addition, the role involves advising managers on HR best practices, supporting workforce planning, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with MYA’s service standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in hospitality or a related service industry preferred.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, coaching, and fostering an inclusive and respectful work environment.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Performance Management, such as setting objectives, supporting evaluations, and implementing development plans.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies and compliance, including local labor law, regulations, and internal policy implementation.
• Additional desirable qualifications include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and time-management abilities, and proficiency with HR information systems and MS Office.
