HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR

We are hiring a Human Resources Supervisor for our human resources and administration department in e-cigarette / electronics manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and workforce management.
2. Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, employment contracts (PKWT/PKWTT), and probation regulations.
3. Manage employee disciplinary matters, labor-union relations, and conflict resolution.
4. Oversee employee termination processes and severance pay calculations in accordance with applicable regulations.
5. Support the implementation of HR policies and maintain accurate employee records.
6. Coordinate with management to address HR issues and improve employee engagement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. At least 5 years of HR management experience in recruitment / employee relations.
3. Familiar with Indonesian employment contract types (PKWT / PKWTT), probation rules, severance pay (pesangon) calculations, and labor-union relations.
4. Fluent Indonesian, plus Mandarin or English.
