Human Resources Supervisor .

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and staff administration.
• Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements, and hiring.
• Handle employee attendance, leave management, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with Malaysian labour laws and company regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including foreign worker documentation.
• Coordinate with management and department heads on HR-related matters.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace issues professionally.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Supervise HR team members and ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.
• Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Handle other HR-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.
• Must be able to speak and understand Mandarin to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Willing to work in Serendah, Selangor.

Pay: RM1,453.33 per month
