Human Resources Supervisor - Talent Acquisition

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven HR Supervisor - Talent Acquisition to lead our Recruitment Team and drive strategic hiring initiatives across our Corporate and Sales divisions.

The successful candidate will supervise the day-to-day recruitment operations, coach and develop recruiters, and personally manage executive-level and hard-to-fill positions. This role requires a proactive recruitment leader who can develop innovative sourcing strategies, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and consistently achieve monthly recruitment targets in a fast-paced real estate environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the Talent Acquisition Team to consistently achieve recruitment KPIs.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for Corporate and Sales positions.
• Handle critical, confidential, executive, and hard-to-fill vacancies.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to attract quality talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future manpower requirements.
• Partner closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze hiring performance, and implement process improvements.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
• Prepare recruitment reports, hiring forecasts, and manpower updates for Management.
• Continuously evaluate recruitment channels, employer branding initiatives, and market trends to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and employment regulations.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition, with 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven experience handling both Corporate and Sales recruitment.
• Preferably with recruitment experience in the Real Estate, Property Development, Construction, or related industries.
• Strong experience in handling managerial, technical, and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Demonstrated success in leading recruitment teams and consistently achieving hiring targets.
• Excellent stakeholder management, interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Someone who can start immediately and is willing to be based in General Trias or Tanza, Cavite.
