What they need
- Responsible for assisting and conducting orientations and trainings.
- Provides clerical and administrative support to immediate head, compiling and updating orientation and training records.
- Coordinates company-sponsored employee services and activities to increase employee engagement.
- Assists in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 2 years related work experience
- Outstanding administrative and communication skills
- Can multi-task and easily adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Canva, PowerPoint and Video Conferencing
