Human Resources Trainee

Role Description The Human Resources Trainee will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and personnel file management. Responsibilities include helping administer HR policies, updating employee records, supporting employee benefits processes, and assisting with attendance and leave tracking. The role will also contribute to HR reporting, data entry into HR systems, and coordination of training or employee engagement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, requiring regular collaboration with HR colleagues and other departments to ensure efficient and compliant HR operations.
