Human Resources Trainee (Data Analytics Focus)

Responsibilities

• Manage HR data sets related to headcount, turnover, recruitment and employee movements
• Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI), reports and presentation materials for management review
• Validate data accuracy and maintain consistency through regular checks and stakeholder coordination
• Contribute to automation and digitalisation initiatives (e.g. Power Automate) to improve reporting efficiency
• Partner with HR teams to identify reporting needs and generate data-driven insights
• Engage in HR projects and ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• At least 1 year’s relevant HR or data-related experience; fresh graduates with strong interest in HR analytics are welcome
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Exposure to Power BI, SQL, or Python is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive and responsible attitude
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
