Human Resources Trainee (International Talent Welcome)

We are looking for passionate and driven 2027 graduates to join our HR Management Trainee Program . Your first rotation will be with the Talent Acquisition Center Team , focusing on executive and senior talent hiring . This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to strategic recruitment and high-impact talent projects at an early stage of your career.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes for executive and senior-level talent
• Assist with talent mapping, candidate research, interview coordination, and stakeholder communication
• Help maintain hiring data and prepare recruitment insights and reports
• Participate in employer branding and strategic hiring projects
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to improve recruitment effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, graduating in 2027
• Strong interest in Human Resources and talent acquisition
• Strong communication, coordination, and research skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus but not required
