What they need
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered Civil Engineer (PRC License) is required.
- Experience in utility-scale solar PV.
- Experience in 230 kV switchyard, substation, or transmission line EPC projects.
- Experience working with NGCP standards and requirements.
- Experience with testing, commissioning, and project handover is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, planning, and site supervision skills.
