HV Engineering Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the design, development, testing, and implementation of protection and control systems for power substations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IEC) and company policies related to earthing, overcurrent protection, and power system studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
• Develop technical documentation and provide training to junior engineers on protection and control system design principles.

Job Requirements :

• 7-14 years of experience in electrical engineering with a focus on protection & control systems for power substations.
• Strong understanding of AIS (Automatic Identification System), SLD (Single Line Diagram), earthing practices, and overcurrent protection techniques.
• Experience in performing power system studies using software tools such as PSCAD or ETAP.
