Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Overhead Transmission Line Engineering Manager to lead complex transmission line projects, oversee structural design, and mentor engineering teams.

Requirements:

• 8–12+ years of overhead transmission line design experience (69kV+).
• Proficiency in PLS-CADD.
• Experience with 500kV+ projects preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or related Engineering.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead transmission line engineering projects and technical teams.
• Review structural designs, calculations, foundations, and engineering deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate with clients and support business development.

Preferred Experience: Structural design of steel, wood, and composite structures; utility or EPC projects; and U.S. transmission line projects.
