HVAC / Aircon Technician / Field Driver

Hi! We are currently looking for a Facilities Maintenance / Equipment Technician to join our team!

• POSITION: Facilities Maintenance / Equipment Technician
• DEPLOYMENT: Novaliches, Quezon City / Metro Manila / North Luzon / Visayas & Mindanao
• WORK SETUP: Field-based / On-site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) and emergency Corrective Maintenance (CM)
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and cooling systems
• Maintain backup generators, battery banks, rectifiers, and power infrastructure
• Conduct periodic generator testing, filter changes, battery servicing, and cleaning
• Resolve basic electrical, power delivery, and air-conditioning faults
• Support urgent site repair requests and operational needs
• Log and document site maintenance tasks and work orders accurately
• Strictly adhere to HSE, PPE, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and Permit to Work (PTW) protocols
• Ensure site cleanliness through continuous 5S practice
• Provide support for telecom infrastructure and facility maintenance operations

Applicants should possess field experience in facility or telecom site maintenance, along with practical skills handling HVAC systems, diesel generators, battery rectifiers, and electrical components.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any Technical/Vocational course or holder of a technical trade certificate
• 3–5 years of practical field experience preferred
• Proven background working with HVAC/air conditioning systems
• Basic proficiency in electrical wiring and power devices
• Familiarity with generator set operation and servicing
• Experience with DC Power Plants, rectifiers, and batteries is a plus
• NC II HVAC credential is highly preferred
• Valid driver’s license with driving capability (Manual Transmission) for field travel
• Flexibility to work on-site and travel or relocate as needed by project deployments
