ARC is partnering with a confidential client seeking experienced HVAC & Mechanical Construction Project Managers to lead commercial projects from preconstruction through completion. We're looking for professionals who understand both the office and the field—leaders who can manage schedules, control costs, coordinate trades, solve problems, and keep projects profitable.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Take ownership of commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects, working closely with field leadership, customers, suppliers, and internal operations teams.

What You'll Do

• Own Your Projects: Manage commercial HVAC and mechanical installations from planning through final turnover.
• Drive Financial Performance: Oversee budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, change orders, and project profitability.
• Lead Project Execution: Coordinate schedules, labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Solve Problems: Identify construction challenges early and develop solutions that keep projects moving.
• Partner With Technical Teams: Collaborate with engineering, BIM, fabrication, and procurement teams to ensure successful installations.
• Build Relationships: Work directly with general contractors, owners, vendors, and field leadership.
• Deliver Results: Maintain high standards for safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC or mechanical construction project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and mechanical installations.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and change orders.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
