Service Right Now Inc. in Winnipeg, MB. HVAC experience required, at least 2 years or more. Our goal is to limit staff turnover by avoiding company lay offs. We have many Planned Service Program clients providing year round work. This provides a mutually lucrative environment with job advancement and training. Education is on going. All staff are paid hourly. Bonuses, spiff, company health benefits, and pager fees for each call when on call for emergencies.

Our work environment includes: Safe working conditions, uniform allowance, tool purchase, repair, and replacement, "on call" rotation is a must.

Locally owned HVAC company requires registered apprentice or journey person for residential HVAC heating, air conditioning, Gas fitting, sheet metal. Candidate must be able to follow direction and work unsupervised. We offer full training, benefits, company transportation, bonuses, cell phones, and much more.
