Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated HVAC Apprentice to support our skilled HVAC technicians. In this role, you will assist with installations, repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions while learning the trade. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in HVAC. Night and weekend work may be required depending on operational needs or emergency service calls.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians with installations, maintenance, and repairs of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Gather tools, equipment, and parts needed for service calls and installations.
• Help diagnose system issues under the guidance of a licensed technician.
• Provide customers with basic information about service and repair options.
• Document work completed and ensure accurate service records.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Learn and develop technical skills to advance within the HVAC trade.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in HVAC, construction, or maintenance is a plus but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying environmental conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools related to HVAC installation and repair
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints and technical manuals

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
