About the role

Operate and monitor HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, pumps and ventilation systems. Monitor temperature, pressure, current, voltage and operating conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor HVAC system including chiller, AHU, FCU, cooling tower, pumps and ventilation system
• Monitor temperature, pressure, current, voltage and operating condition
• Conduct periodic inspections and maintenance of HVAC equipment
• Clean filters, coils, fans, drain systems and inspect motors/pumps
• Identify issues such as high/low pressure, overheating, abnormal noise, water leakage and unstable temperature
• Perform repairs or coordinate with technicians/contractors
• Monitor electrical supply for HVAC equipment
• Check MCC, control panel, contactor, overload, breaker and motor
• Ensure HVAC operation is safe and follows SOP, implement LOTO before maintenance work, and use PPE
• Record equipment readings, daily logs, maintenance reports and damage reports

About you

• Ensure electrical work is performed according to competence and safety requirements
• Respond to HVAC breakdown/emergency and take immediate action to prevent equipment damage and building operation disruption
• Monitor work of technicians, contractors and vendors
• Ensure maintenance work follows specification and schedule
