Location: Franklin, Indiana (On-Site)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: Commission-Based (Unlimited Earning Potential!) + Full Benefits

What You’ll Do:

• Sell HVAC systems and services to customers, matching them with the perfect solutions. To include Virtual HVAC Sales
• Educate customers on energy savings, system options, and comfort solutions
• Build relationships and create repeat business with excellent customer service
• Meet and exceed sales goals, earning commissions based on your performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience (preferably in HVAC or home services, but we’ll train the right person)
