What we're looking for

• 5 Star Advisors that can provide an excellent service experience for our customers
• Proven experience in sales in Residential homes.
• High Ethics & Integrity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Requirements

• 2+ Years of residential sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Physical Demands

• Stand/Sit Must be able to remain in the stationary position for 50% of the
• May be required to bend, climb (stairs or ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run.
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time.
• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, or pushing

Pay Transparency

This is commission-based; the anticipated first-year earnings average $150k-$200k. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
