Hvac Costing & Estimation

An HVAC Costing & Estimation Engineer calculates material, labor, equipment, and overhead expenses for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning projects. They review technical blueprints, perform quantity take-offs, prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), request vendor quotes, and submit commercial bids to win projects.

• Drawing & Tender Analysis: Review architectural, GFC/IFC, and HVAC drawings, specifications, and tender terms to define project scope.
• Quantity Take-Offs: Measure ductwork, piping, insulation, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and VRF systems from layouts.
• BOQ & Cost Estimation: Build detailed cost models covering materials, direct/indirect labor, machinery, tools, and testing.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Sourcing: Float Request for Quotations (RFQs), evaluate competitive supplier bids, and prepare comparative statements.
• Rate Analysis & Value Engineering: Maintain internal pricing databases and suggest cost-saving design alternatives without losing technical quality.
• Tender & Proposal Submission: Compile commercial-technical proposals, manage pre-bid queries, and support negotiations

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹49,000.00 per month
