We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with HVAC, plumbing, construction, or other home-services industry experience to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands the pace and customer expectations of a service-based trade business.

Pay: $24.00 – 30.00 hourly, depending on experience

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Some Saturdays may be required during the busy season.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction, electrical or another closely related home-services or trade industry
• Customer service, office, dispatch, scheduling, or administrative experience within a service/trades environment
• Comfortable handling a multi-line phone system and managing multiple priorities
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional and confident phone presence
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and stay productive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and processes
• Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
