Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Design & Estimation Engineer with minimum 4 years of expertise in HVAC and cleanroom systems for pharmaceutical, biotech, and industrial projects.

Core Responsibilities

Design & Engineering

• Review client layouts and prepare turnkey cleanroom proposals while Interacting with customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop cleanroom designs, perform heat load calculations, AHU zoning, duct layout, and cleanroom class zoning calculations.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software.
• Apply cleanroom standards such as ISO 14644 and GMP guidelines.

Estimation & Costing

• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and competitive proposals.
• Review tender documents and specifications.
• Analyze vendor/subcontractor quotations and incorporate historical project data for accurate estimation.
• Handle variation orders, extra items, and cost revisions.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and cleanroom technologies.
• Proven experience in estimation, BOQ preparation, and tendering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Understanding of ISO standards, GMP compliance, and cleanroom classifications.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead technical discussions.

Pharmaceutical Biotechnology FMCG Cosmetics Industrial Projects

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
