Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Design Engineer with strong knowledge of HVAC system design, load calculations, ducting layouts, equipment selection, and MEP coordination. Candidates with hands-on HVAC design experience and the ability to join immediately are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and other building projects.
• Perform cooling load calculations and estimate equipment capacities.
• Prepare HVAC layouts, ducting layouts, chilled-water piping layouts, and schematics.
• Select suitable HVAC equipment, including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, VRF systems, and ductable units.
• Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting teams.
• Review HVAC drawings and resolve design and site-related issues.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
• Support estimation, tendering, technical submissions, and site execution teams.
• Revise drawings and documentation based on client and consultant comments.

Required Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–8 years of relevant HVAC design experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC system design and equipment selection.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit MEP experience is an advantage.
• Experience in cooling load calculations, duct sizing, and HVAC BOQ preparation.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate

• Only candidates with relevant HVAC design experience will be considered.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
• Candidates should be able to handle HVAC design tasks independently.
