HVAC Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Qualification - BE/B.Tech Mechanical with 8 to 14 years' experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze HVAC systems in line with project specifications.
• Prepare technical documentation, including system designs, specifications, and reports.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop integrated solutions.
• Conduct energy modeling and performance analysis to optimize system efficiency.
• Oversee and coordinate installation and commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions to enhance performance and reliability.

Skills and Tools Required:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles, codes, and standards.
• Proficiency in HVAC design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with building energy modeling software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in HVAC (e.g., ASHRAE, LEED) are preferred.
