What they need
Roles and Responsibility
- Design and develop HVAC systems for various projects using Revit software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet client requirements.
- Conduct site visits to verify the accuracy of design specifications.
- Develop and maintain detailed drawings and documentation of HVAC system designs.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve technical issues during installation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC drafting, preferably in commercial buildings or residential towers.
- Proficiency in Revit software and ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Strong understanding of HVAC system design principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
