HVAC Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare construction execution plans, work methodologies, and HVAC installation procedures.
• Review HVAC drawings, specifications, and engineering documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Lead material planning, procurement requests, and resource coordination for HVAC works.
• Manage HVAC construction activities, including technical execution, quality, safety, cost control, and project progress.
• Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and implement engineering optimization and value engineering solutions.
• Monitor project costs and recommend cost optimization strategies, particularly for major materials and equipment.
• Support project commissioning, completion, final inspections, and project close-out activities.
• Assist with project documentation, payment claims, cost reporting, and final account settlement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of site construction management experience, including at least 2 years of HVAC engineering experience.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or mission-critical construction projects is preferred.
• Strong ability to interpret HVAC drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Experience in preparing construction methodologies and coordinating material procurement.
• Good understanding of HVAC installation standards, quality management, and construction safety.
• Strong cost management awareness with the ability to optimize project costs and improve project profitability.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to domestic or overseas project sites as required.
• Basic Chinese and Proficient English speaking.
