HVAC Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop HVAC systems for building projects, with a focus on energy efficiency and compliance with local regulations.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD/BIM software.
• Conduct site inspections, supervise installation, and ensure quality control during construction.
• Collaborate with electrical, plumbing, and fire services teams for integrated project delivery.
• Provide technical support during commissioning, testing, and handover phases.
• Review and optimize HVAC designs for data center projects to ensure reliability and cooling efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC design experience in Hong Kong, preferably with a contractor or main contractor.
• Familiar with Hong Kong building codes, EM&A requirements, and green building standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, HVAC simulation software, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in data center HVAC design is highly preferred.
• Candidates with combined site and design experience will be prioritized.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
