HVAC ENGINEER

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE to oversee HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities. The candidate will ensure that all HVAC works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality requirements, and applicable safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities at project sites.
• Review and interpret HVAC drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Perform troubleshooting and identify solutions for HVAC system faults and technical issues.
• Ensure all HVAC installations comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and relevant safety standards.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, and other MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed within the project schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure proper installation and system performance.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, inspection records, maintenance reports, and other project documentation.
• Identify technical issues and recommend corrective actions to improve system efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in HVAC engineering, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of HVAC testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with UAE construction practices, project requirements, and site safety standards.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with site teams.

Preferred Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP coordination.
• Good planning, reporting, and time-management skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Willingness to work at project sites across the UAE.
