• Lead HVAC project engineering activities from planning and design coordination through installation and project completion.
• Prepare and review technical plans, project schedules, engineering solutions, and implementation requirements.
• Supervise site activities and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, quality requirements, safety procedures, and project schedules.
• Lead and develop the HVAC engineering and site team.
• Support tendering, cost estimation, technical proposals, and business development when required.
• As a start-up company, employees may be required to take on multiple responsibilities and support different functions as business needs evolve. Successful candidates must be flexible and willing to accept reasonable work assignments and additional responsibilities.
