Pay Range: $46/hr to $51/hr depending on experience

The Role

As the HVAC Field Operations Manager, you'll oversee HVAC installation and retrofit projects while coordinating technicians, vendors, customers, and internal departments to ensure projects stay on schedule and run efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and can balance customer communication with operational execution.

What You'll Do

• Oversee HVAC projects from planning through completion
• Coordinate labor, materials, permits, and project timelines
• Work closely with installation teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution
• Communicate project updates with customers and leadership
• Track project progress, labor hours, and budgets
• Conduct job site visits and ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Handle project-related problem solving and scheduling adjustments
• Review proposals, project documents, and change orders
• Help improve efficiency and operational processes

What You Need

• 5+ years of HVAC project management experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Experience coordinating crews, schedules, and vendors
• Ability to read project documentation and understand HVAC systems
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
