Company Overview

OnAir, Inc. is a Miami-based company specializing in complete HVAC systems for new construction, as well as HVAC installations, service, repairs, and maintenance. We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Field Supervisor / HVAC Foreman to lead our construction division projects from start to finish.

Position Summary

We are looking for an HVAC Foreman with a strong background in new construction projects. This role requires managing and supervising field operations to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and are completed to code through TCO. Candidates must have proven HVAC supervision experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC field operations for new construction projects
• Interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Install and repair HVAC systems, including cooling towers, boilers, heat pumps, and condensing units
• Measure, coordinate, and install mechanical piping; create materials lists
• Ensure compliance with local HVAC and mechanical codes
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and ensure site safety standards
• Order materials, manage timelines, and maintain quality standards
• Collaborate with general contractors, developers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Supervise field crews and manage team timecards
• Maintain customer satisfaction through professionalism and communication
• Forecast and mitigate risks; solve on-site challenges efficiently

Requirements

• Experience in Construction
• At least 4 years in a supervisory or foreman role
• Deep understanding of HVAC systems, construction methods, and related trades (plumbing, electrical, framing)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Effective project and time management skills
• Experience handling conflict resolution and crisis management
• OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
