What You'll Be Doing

Your day sits at the center of service, installation, and sales. You'll be leading HVAC professionals, setting the tone, and making sure the customer experience stays strong from first call to finished job.

This role matters because growth can get messy without the right leader. You'll bring order, accountability, and momentum. You'll help take a growing team to the next level with standards people can feel.

What You'll Earn

You'll earn $125,000 to $250,000 per year. There are also equity opportunities available for the right leader. This is a full-time role at 40 hours per week, with real upside tied to helping lead the business forward.
