Job Summary

Brite Engineers is looking for hardworking and responsible HVAC Helpers to assist AC Technicians and Site Engineers with air-conditioning installation, servicing, maintenance, and other site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist AC Technicians with installation and maintenance of air-conditioning systems.
• Help install Split AC, Cassette AC, Ductable AC, and other HVAC equipment.
• Carry tools, equipment, copper pipes, insulation materials, and other site materials.
• Assist with copper piping, ducting, insulation, and drainage work under technician supervision.
• Support AC servicing, cleaning, and repair activities.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Keep the worksite clean, organised, and safe.
• Follow instructions from technicians, supervisors, and site engineers.
• Follow workplace safety rules and use protective equipment.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling as required.

Basic Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electrical or mechanical work is an advantage.
• ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform physical work and handle tools safely.
• Willingness to learn HVAC installation and servicing.
• Punctuality, discipline, and teamwork.
• Willingness to work at assigned project locations.

Experience

• Freshers can apply.
• Previous experience as an AC Helper or HVAC Helper is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹13,000

Salary will depend on skills and experience. Other benefits will be provided as per company policy.
