HVAC Inside Sales Representative (Phone-Based)

Let's skip the corporate part. We are CABS HeatingAir Conditioning, a family-owned company in West Sacramento. Every week our team sits down with homeowners and writes estimates for new heating and cooling systems. Not everyone says yes on the spot. Life gets busy, the estimate sits in an inbox, and nobody follows up.

That is the job. You are the person who makes sure no estimate is forgotten.

A few honest things first

• This is a desk role. You will be at a headset and a computer in our office for most of the day. If you do your best work out in the field meeting people in person, this may not be the right seat, and that is okay.
• Not every call ends in a yes. Homeowners take their time with big decisions, so patience and friendly follow-up matter.
• The hourly pay is $20 to $22. Commission on the sales you recover comes on top of that, so your effort shows up in your paycheck.

• You stay steady when a customer is frustrated.We do not expect you to arrive knowing everything. We expect energy, honesty, and follow-through. We can teach the rest.

The details

Full-time, hourly. $20 to $22 per hour plus commission. Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, in our West Sacramento office. This is not a remote job.
