We’re seeking a motivated HVAC Inside Sales / Counter Associate to join our Ridgeland, SC team and help customers get the right products—fast, accurately, and with great service.

About the Role:

You’ll be a key point of contact for our customers, supporting both counter service and inside sales. In this service-first role, you’ll respond to requests, provide pricing and product availability, write/pull orders, enter orders, and help coordinate purchases and deliveries—so every customer gets dependable follow-through from request to delivery.

This is a great fit for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Our Expectations:

• Serve customers at the counter and through inbound requests (calls, emails, and walk-ins) in a professional, friendly manner
• Provide price and availability by researching products, confirming stock status, and communicating lead times clearly
• Prepare quotes and order details that are accurate and tailored to customer needs
• Write and pull orders and help ensure the correct product is staged for fulfillment
• Enter and manage orders accurately, reviewing details and following up to keep processes moving
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and delivery teams to support product availability and on-time service
• Maintain an organized work area and keep information/order systems up to date

Requirements:

• 1+ year of customer service experience (required)
• HVAC and/or plumbing counter experience preferred
• Previous inside sales, wholesale distribution, or HVAC-related industry experience preferred
• Comfort learning product information, pricing, inventory systems, and order processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/order entry systems is a plus
• Must be 18 years or older
