Carolina Comfort is looking for a full-time HVAC Install Helper with 1+ years of successful experience to service North Wilkesboro and surrounding areas. Responsibilities:

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures during installation.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of previous HVAC installation experience (required).
• Proficient in HVAC control wiring, refrigeration, gas piping, system startup, and operating procedures.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Experience with customer interactions on job sites, providing excellent service.
• EPA certification

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Overtime and weekends as needed
