About the Role:

As an HVAC Install Helper, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to assist with installing heating and air conditioning systems, water heaters, and hearth products. You'll learn hands-on, help prepare equipment and job sites, and support installations that meet company standards while delivering a quality customer experience. We're looking for someone with mechanical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn, take direction, and build their skills for a long-term career in the trades.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have experience with hands on mechanical based work
• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Insurable by Company insurance carrier
• Eager to invest time in training seminars and classes
• Willing to follow direction and complete jobs as needed
• Basic Safety knowledge
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
• Lift, move and carry equipment up to 50lbs
• Possesses both written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic
