Base Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour, based on experience

Entry-Level Technicians: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Experienced Technicians: $26.00-$45.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, starting at 7:00 AM

Plus Performance Incentives: Average technicians earn an additional $2.00-$3.00 per hour, while top-performing technicians can earn approximately $5.00 more per hour based on performance.

What You'll Do

• Install and commission residential HVAC equipment
• Complete installations according to project scope, manufacturer requirements, and code
• Test systems to ensure proper operation before completing the job
• Identify and resolve installation issues to help minimize callbacks
• Maintain quality workmanship and accurate job documentation

Edelman's installation team works on new-equipment installations, including furnaces, air handlers, condensers, heat pumps, and ductwork, with a strong emphasis on completing work correctly the first time.

What We're Looking For

• HVAC installation experience preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn may be considered
• Strong HVAC installation and commissioning skills for experienced-level placement
• Dependable and quality-focused approach
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history
• EPA certification or ability to obtain it after starting
