Experienced HVAC Installer (Residential & Light Commercial)

Warren Mechanical, LLC is a growing, family-owned HVAC company serving Central Indiana. We specialize in residential and light commercial HVAC replacement, installation, and service, and we've built our reputation by doing quality work, treating customers with respect, and supporting our team.

We're looking for an experienced HVAC Installer who takes pride in their craftsmanship and wants to work for a company that values doing the job right—not just getting it done quickly.

Most of our work is performed in Carmel, Zionsville, Fishers, and Indianapolis, but we proudly serve customers throughout Central Indiana.

What You'll Do

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Replace furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Complete retrofit installations
• Read and interpret installation manuals and manufacturer specifications
• Test systems to ensure proper operation
• Follow all safety standards and local code requirements
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Complete work with attention to detail and a high standard of quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience required
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, tools, and installation best practices
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
• Professional attitude with strong work ethic and dependability

Pay & Benefits

• $24.00–$36.00 per hour (based on experience)
